Your Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "888jj" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 888jj online casino and sports betting platform operated at 888jj.app and all associated domains, subdomains, and mobile-accessible versions thereof.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 888jj platform or who accesses, browses, or uses any part of the 888jj platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds deposited directly by the player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked through eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 888jj before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described under Clause 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and multi-accounting.

By accessing the 888jj platform, creating an account, or engaging with any service offered by 888jj, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understood their content and implications;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments communicated in accordance with Clause 15;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms;
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full legal capacity to do so;
• You are not accessing the 888jj platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have also read and accept the 888jj Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an 888jj account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 888jj strictly enforces its minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and third-party agents acting on behalf of another person may not register 888jj accounts.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion agreement with 888jj. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the 888jj platform are prohibited from creating new accounts during the exclusion period.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of a household containing an employee of 888jj or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processor partners.

888jj reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 888jj's reasonable satisfaction.

Each player may hold only one (1) 888jj account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes multi-accounting and is classified as Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested by 888jj. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

888jj is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The standard KYC documentation requirements are:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / NADRA CNIC, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of Pakistani address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• For payments via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, confirmation that the registered mobile number matches the account holder's identity.

888jj may request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

The 888jj platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 888jj does not charge currency conversion fees as no currency conversion is applied to Pakistani player accounts.

• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits from JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the 888jj wallet in real time upon payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect in your 888jj wallet. 888jj is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.
• Only deposits made by the registered account holder from payment instruments in the account holder's own name are permitted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal requests from verified 888jj accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals until identity confirmation is complete.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. 888jj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 888jj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

888jj offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All 888jj bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus terms — including the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, minimum deposit required, and maximum convertible amount — are displayed alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before opting into any promotion.
• 888jj's welcome bonus is 100% up to Rs 10,000 on the first qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements and game contribution rates apply as specified in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% while table games, live dealer games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
• 888jj reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Material changes to active player bonuses will be communicated in advance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — entitles 888jj to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the implicated accounts.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

All games available on the 888jj platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG software and are not influenced by the platform, the player's deposit history, or any other external factor.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided in good faith based on the certified RTP rates supplied by each game provider. Actual results experienced by individual players over short to medium play sessions may differ significantly from the published RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG-based gameplay.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before staking real money or bonus funds.
• In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects a round outcome, 888jj reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
• 888jj does not honour bets placed at erroneous odds or on games where a technical error was present at the time of the bet. Winnings generated through known software bugs or errors are not valid and will not be credited.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with 888jj games. Detection of such tools constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account termination.

The 888jj sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international T20, Test matches, and World Cup events), football, UFC, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions in addition to sport-specific rules applicable to each market:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Live (in-play) odds are subject to change between the moment of bet placement and the moment of server-side confirmation. If odds change materially during this window, 888jj may decline the bet and return the stake.
• All sports results are determined by the relevant governing body's official result. 888jj will use the official match result to settle bets, including any amendments issued by the governing body within a reasonable post-match period.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 888jj's standard settlement rules for the applicable sport apply. Generally, bets on postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless a specific rule applies.
• 888jj reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, restrict access to specific betting markets for individual accounts, and decline any bet without being required to provide justification.
• Palpable errors in odds — manifestly incorrect odds published as a result of human or technical error — will result in bet cancellation and stake return. Winnings derived from palpably incorrect odds are not valid and will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888jj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct entitles 888jj to immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds), and pursue appropriate legal remedies:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, accessing, or operating more than one 888jj account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the 888jj platform while under 21 years of age.
• Money laundering: Using the 888jj platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 888jj cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected money laundering activity.
• Automated gameplay: Using bots, scripts, macros, data-harvesting tools, or any automated software to interact with 888jj games or the sportsbook.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any 888jj game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games.

• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were genuinely made to the 888jj platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Software exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain financial advantage on the platform.

888jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• A player's written request to close their own account;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account management policies, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated to the account holder before being applied.

Where an account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, all balances — including real money deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, the real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.

888jj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 888jj account holders at no cost and without requiring support agent intervention:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888jj platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any 888jj content.

Any unauthorised reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of 888jj platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888jj's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the 888jj platform shall not exceed the total real money amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of data;

Nothing in these Terms limits 888jj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

888jj collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between 888jj and each player. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 888jj Privacy Policy in its current form.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 888jj's operating jurisdiction.
